Job Description

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our firm’s financial health. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the creation and management of budgets, and conducting financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reconciliation: Performing monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all accounting practices comply with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to streamline accounting processes.

Requirements and Eligibility

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualification: A graduation degree in Commerce is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting is essential.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 25 and 38 years old.
  • Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of accounting practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
