Overview:
The National Bank of Pakistan is looking for a highly experienced professional for the role of Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise (VP) to support strategic initiatives in digital transformation and business analysis. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-level process improvement and product development.

Reporting to: Wing Head – Enterprise Business Analysis

Educational/Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution.
Master’s degree or Project Management certification is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.
Strong exposure to Corporate and Consumer Banking systems such as:
- Digital Lending
- Cards & Payments
- Core Banking
- Treasury
- Mobile/Branchless Banking
- ERP
- MIS & BI Reporting

Skills & Expertise Required:

Business analysis and process mapping
Writing BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize and recommend business solutions based on customer needs
Develop BRDs and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Maintain and update product development documentation
Resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth delivery of technology projects
Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning
Support UAT and rollout initiatives
