Job Description:

The National Police Foundation (NPF) in Islamabad is seeking to appoint qualified and experienced auditors to conduct an audit of its Head Office and various projects for the financial year 2024-2025. This is a unique opportunity for a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants to partner with a major public sector and welfare organization. The successful firm will be responsible for a comprehensive financial audit, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

This is a professional services contract rather than a traditional job for an individual. The firm will be responsible for the entire audit process from start to finish, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting. The audit will cover all financial aspects of the NPF’s operations, including income, expenditures, assets, and liabilities, for both the head office and its various projects. The chosen firm will be expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and expertise in auditing large-scale public sector entities.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Firm Type: The applicants must be a firm of Chartered Accountants.
Experience: The firm must have proven and sufficient experience in conducting audits of large public sector and welfare organizations. This experience is critical to understanding the specific financial and operational complexities of an organization like the NPF.
Corporate Profile: Interested firms are required to submit a detailed corporate profile. This profile should include both technical and financial bids, outlining the firm’s capabilities, past experience with similar clients, a proposed audit methodology, and the fee structure.
Letter of Intent: A formal letter of intent expressing the firm’s interest in the audit appointment must also be submitted.
