Job Description:

  • Lady Receptionist: The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the center, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Key duties include managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries professionally. The Receptionist will also be tasked with basic administrative duties, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are paramount for this role.
  • Computer Operator: This position requires a detail-oriented and proficient individual to manage all computer-related tasks. The Computer Operator’s responsibilities will include data entry, maintaining electronic and physical records, preparing and managing documents, and providing essential IT support for the office. The candidate must be skilled in using various office software and be capable of ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. A professional and methodical approach to work is essential.

Eligibility and Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates for both positions must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • For the Lady Receptionist role, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
    • For the Computer Operator role, a minimum of 5 years of proven experience is essential.
