Job Overview:
National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the post of Field Collection Officers to support its Retail and Program Lending Recovery Operations. This role involves customer visits, delinquency follow-ups, and recovery management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (preferred)
Experience:
- At least 02 years of field collection or recovery experience in retail or consumer banking
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
- Ability to perform field recovery tasks and manage delinquent portfolios
- Good command of MS Office
- Capable of working under deadlines and managing high-volume portfolios
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and collect overdue payments
- Track and report recovery status to central database
- Coordinate with Legal team for delinquent account resolution
- Maintain updated MIS and collection records
- Recommend recovery actions to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with NBP’s standard operating procedures
