Job Overview:

National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the post of Field Collection Officers to support its Retail and Program Lending Recovery Operations. This role involves customer visits, delinquency follow-ups, and recovery management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (preferred)

Experience:

  • At least 02 years of field collection or recovery experience in retail or consumer banking

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
  • Ability to perform field recovery tasks and manage delinquent portfolios
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Capable of working under deadlines and managing high-volume portfolios

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and collect overdue payments
  • Track and report recovery status to central database
  • Coordinate with Legal team for delinquent account resolution
  • Maintain updated MIS and collection records
  • Recommend recovery actions to supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with NBP’s standard operating procedures
