The Government of Punjab, through its Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Full Stack Development Manager. This hiring is under the ADP Scheme titled “Implementation of Initiatives of Plastic Management Strategy and Single-Use Plastics Regulations (DL-4, PGDP, World Bank)”.

This is a key technical role aimed at supporting digital transformation, data management, and online monitoring of plastic management strategies at the provincial level. The selected candidate will be working on software and web development, systems integration, and database management, ensuring digital compliance tracking for environmental sustainability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must have domicile of Punjab Province.
  • Candidates already serving in government departments should apply through the proper channel with an official NOC.
  • The position is purely on a contract basis until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop front-end and back-end software systems.
  • Manage databases, cloud-based infrastructure, and API integrations.
  • Coordinate with environment policy teams to create digital tools and dashboards.
  • Maintain system security, backup protocols, and data protection compliance.
