Mint International is actively seeking a qualified and experienced Instructor to join its vocational and technical training institute in Rawalpindi. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) trades who are passionate about training and developing the next generation of skilled workers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction to students in the Civil and MEP departments. Experience in classroom management, curriculum development, and trade-specific equipment handling is essential. Candidates should possess the ability to adapt training strategies to various learning styles, ensuring effective comprehension and skill development.

Eligibility Criteria:

Proven teaching experience in Civil or MEP trades.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Trade certifications and teaching certifications will be a strong plus.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
