Job Description:
The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) invites applications from eligible and experienced Legal Practitioners and Law Firms to provide services on a case-to-case basis or at mutually agreed terms. The role involves offering legal expertise primarily in taxation laws, with a focus on sales tax.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Individual Legal Practitioners:

Must possess an LLB/LLM or Bar-at-Law degree (preferably from a recognized foreign university).
Must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court or Supreme Court of Pakistan.
High Court advocates must have at least five years of practice experience in taxation, service, and constitutional matters.
Must demonstrate relevant experience in sales tax law through reported judgments.

For Law Firms:

The firm must have been established for at least five years.
Must demonstrate experience in both public and private sectors, particularly in:
- Legal advice
- Consultancy
- Advocacy before courts
Proven expertise in taxation, service, and constitutional law is essential.

Scope of Work:

Provide legal advice and written opinions.
Represent and appear in legal proceedings on behalf of PRA.
Prepare para-wise replies, grounds of appeal, and other admissible legal documents.

General Instructions:

Only eligible candidates/firms should apply.
Shortlisted candidates or principals/partners of law firms will be called for a test/interview.
No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
