Job Description

The Medical Director will serve as the chief executive for clinical services across MTI D.I. Khan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing clinical governance and quality assurance
  • Managing medical staff and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols
  • Leading strategic planning for clinical services
  • Coordinating with academic departments to support medical education
  • Ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
  • Implementing performance improvement initiatives
  • Supervising infection control and medico-legal affairs

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by PMC
  • Higher postgraduate qualification (FCPS, FRCS, MRCP, MD, etc.) in clinical disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical administration or leadership roles
  • Proven track record in hospital management and clinical governance
  • Must be registered with Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC)
