Job Overview:

NBP is hiring an MIS and Project Officer for its Risk Management Group to handle data analysis, reporting, and project management related to credit risk and portfolio monitoring. The role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical and reporting backgrounds.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years of experience in MIS or project management in a banking/public sector setting
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, Python, R, Power BI, or similar tools

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting software
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reports on loan recovery, risk analysis, and portfolio metrics
  • Track internal and external benchmarks for all risk segments
  • Generate data for audits, compliance, and performance reviews
  • Assist in SBP report compilation and policy compliance
  • Prepare daily/monthly dashboards for senior management
