Job Description:

Kalam Bibi International Women Institute (KIWI), a Federal Chartered Public Sector Degree Awarding Institute located in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications for various faculty positions on a contractual basis. The institute seeks highly motivated, qualified professionals in the fields of Nursing and Radiology Technology. Positions are available at the levels of Assistant Professor, Lecturer, and Demonstrator.

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering academic lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in departmental development activities. The institute offers a supportive environment focused on the advancement of women’s education in science and healthcare.

Available Positions and Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Assistant Professor – Nursing
    • RN, RM with Post RN or BSN (16 years of education) from HEC recognized university.
    • Valid PNC license required.
    • Minimum qualification: MSN with 4 years’ experience or PhD with no experience.
  2. Assistant Professor – Radiology Technology
    • BS/B.Sc (Hons) in Radiology Technology.
    • MS/M.Phil or equivalent in a relevant field with 4 years’ experience or PhD with no experience.
  3. Lecturer – Nursing
    • RN, RM with Post RN or BSN (16 years of education).
    • MSN from HEC recognized institution.
    • Valid PNC license required.
    • No 3rd division in academic career.
  4. Lecturer – Radiology Technology
    • BS in Radiology Technology with MS/M.Phil or equivalent qualification.
    • No experience required.
  5. Demonstrator – Radiology Technology (Fixed Pay)
    • BS/B.Sc (Hons) in Radiology Technology.
    • No 3rd division in academic career.

Interested candidates must apply online via the official KIWI job portal at https://jobs.kiwi.edu.pk. Applications can also be downloaded and sent by courier or Pakistan Post to the Registrar, Kalam Bibi International Women Institute, Bannu.

Applicants must submit a printed copy of their application form along with verified copies of educational documents, CNIC, experience certificates, domicile, and three recent passport-size photographs.

A non-refundable application processing fee must be deposited in the form of a bank draft in favor of the university. The amount is PKR 3,000 for Assistant Professors, PKR 2,000 for Lecturers, and PKR 1,000 for Demonstrators.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • All degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
  • No 3rd division in academic career.
  • Valid registration with PNC or relevant council is mandatory where applicable.
  • Candidates working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels.
