Open Positions:
1. Principal (1 Position)
- Job Description: The Principal will be responsible for the overall academic and administrative leadership of the college. This role involves overseeing curriculum development, managing faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with PNC standards, and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
- Required Education & Experience:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Must be registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
2. Lecturer (6 Positions – Full-Time/Visiting)
- Job Description: As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching nursing courses, developing instructional materials, conducting assessments, and mentoring students. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing theory and practice, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Post-RN.
- Must be registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
3. Lady Health Visitor (1 Position – Full-Time)
- Job Description: The Lady Health Visitor will be involved in providing health education and care, particularly in community health settings. This role supports the practical training of students and contributes to the college’s outreach programs.
- Required Education & Experience:
- Lady Health Visitor (LHV) qualification.
- Must be registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
4. Lecturer English (1 Position – Full-Time)
- Job Description: The Lecturer in English will be responsible for teaching English language and communication skills to nursing students, preparing them for academic and professional success.
- Required Education & Experience:
- BS Linguistics or M.A. in English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
5. Lecturer I.T (1 Position – Full-Time)
- Job Description: The Lecturer in IT will teach students fundamental and advanced IT skills relevant to modern healthcare and administrative functions, ensuring they are well-equipped to use technology in their careers.
- Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
