PECHS Valencia, Lahore, is seeking qualified and experienced labor contractors to undertake the construction of the grey structure for a commercial building project. The project includes a basement, ground floor, and first floor, spread over a 3.5 Kanal plot with a total covered area of approximately 45,000 square feet.
This opportunity is ideal for registered contractors and construction firms operating in Lahore who have prior experience with multi-story commercial structures and associated civil, electrical, and plumbing labor work.

Pre-Qualification Criteria:
- List of successfully completed 4-storey projects within the last five years.

- Valid labor registration certificate on stamp paper.
- Specialized experience in building construction including electrical and plumbing works.
- Only pre-qualified contractors will be invited for technical drawing review and further discussions.
- PECHS reserves the right to reject any application with false or incomplete information.
