Positions Available:

1. Head Alumni Relations

Job Summary:

Develop and implement strategies to actively engage and maintain strong ties with the University’s alumni base.
Play a pivotal role in creating an environment where alumni feel valued and connected.
Strengthen loyalty and commitment to the University through vibrant and supportive alumni community initiatives.
Enhance the University’s reputation and long-term engagement through active alumni involvement.

Requirements:

Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
8-10 years of progressive experience in alumni relations, including at least 3 years in leadership or managerial roles in higher education.
Strong understanding of alumni engagement best practices, including volunteer management, chapter development, and communications.

2. Head Stores & Warehouse

Job Summary:

Oversee and coordinate all store operations across the University, including central and departmental warehouses.
Manage stock movement, system updates, regulatory compliance, and inventory procedures.
Lead the team in documentation, automation, and accurate accounting of all inventory, including medical, lab, IT, engineering, and academic supplies.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant technical field.
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in warehouse/store operations, including 4-5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a university, hospital, or institutional environment.
Advanced expertise in SAP MM and related modules, including inventory control, material master data, goods movement, and reporting.
