Job Overview:

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), an apex body under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, is inviting applications from dynamic and qualified professionals for various project-based positions under the “GDPR-Driven IT Export Enhancement Program.” This is an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals to contribute to the growth and development of Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services (ITeS) sector.

Available Positions:

  1. Project Manager (PPS-09)
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Qualification: 16 years of education in Management Sciences, HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Certifications such as CISA/CISSP/ISO27001/GDPR preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, including 4 years in managing IT-related capacity-building projects.
  2. Assistant Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) – PPS-08
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Qualification: 16 years of education in relevant fields.
    • Experience: At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in project monitoring, evaluation, or management, preferably on PSDP projects.
  3. Project Officer – PPS-08
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Management Sciences, HR, IT, or related fields.
    • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in human resource development, project management, or capacity development. PSDP project experience preferred.
  4. Finance Manager – PPS-09
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Qualification: MBA (Finance) / ICMA / ACCA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
    • Experience: 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, including budgeting, financial reconciliation, tax laws, and financial analysis.
