Key Requirements & Qualifications

While specific qualifications vary by role, we are looking for candidates with relevant educational backgrounds, including BS in Civil Engineering, DAE, B.Com, and other related fields. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 to 12 years of proven experience in their respective disciplines, with a strong preference for those with prior project experience in challenging, remote environments. Successful applicants will possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Work Location & Benefits

This is a single-status, project-based position located at the Reko Diq site in Balochistan. We provide a competitive, market-based salary package. In addition to attractive compensation, employees will receive comprehensive benefits, including single accommodation, quality food, and laundry services at the project site. As a remote project, all travel from Karachi to the project site will be arranged via flight for out-of-province hires. Note that no road travel is required.
