Program Overview

Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), the national flag carrier and the only state-owned shipping company listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, is inviting applications for its Internship / Management Trainee Program. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates seeking experience in Pakistan’s top-performing State-Owned Enterprise (SOE).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education)
  • Institutes: Must be HEC-recognized
  • Minimum Marks / CGPA: 60% or 2.5/4.0 CGPA
  • Maximum Age Limit: 25 years

Eligible Disciplines

Candidates holding qualifications in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

  1. BBA / MBA
  2. BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Computer / Software / Mechatronics / Naval Architecture)
  3. Bachelor’s / Master’s in Mass Communication / Media Sciences
  4. BSc / MSc
  5. LLB
  6. Certification in Corporate or Chartered Secretaryship
  7. Bachelor’s / Master’s in Supply Chain Management / Procurement
  8. CA (CAF Passed), ACMA (Qualified / Finalist), ACCA (Qualified / Finalist)
  9. Bachelor in Insurance or Risk Management / Actuarial Sciences / Accounting & Finance

Selection Criteria

  • Candidates will be shortlisted strictly on merit and academic performance.
  • Final selection will be made after an interview by a panel of senior professionals.
  • Successful candidates will be offered a Management Trainee position for one year.
