Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: MBBS Degree from a PMDC-recognized institution
- Experience:
- FCPS qualification will be preferred
- Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Experience in managing employee healthcare and health insurance will be an advantage
- Age Limit: 35–45 years (relaxable)
- Gender: Open to all
Duties & Responsibilities
- On-call availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days
- Duties include:
- Conducting medical examinations and case evaluations
- Issuing fitness certifications
- Referring employees to specialists/hospitals as needed
- Verifying medical claims
- Reviewing and endorsing reimbursement cases
- Advising management on health-related matters and medical cost controls
- Implementing preventive healthcare measures
- Supporting the HR department with medical-related tasks and fitness-for-duty decisions
Additional Notes
- NICL will provide accommodation at the Lahore office; out-of-station support will be available via telephone/email
- Appointment is purely on retainership basis and can be terminated with one month’s notice by either party
- Remuneration will not be part of NICL payroll; it will be handled through medical/admin expense accounting
