Available Positions and Descriptions:
- Program Officer (Information Technology): We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and oversee technology-related programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a strong background in IT program management. This role involves leading projects, ensuring the smooth implementation of technology solutions, and providing practical demonstrations and guidance.
- Program Officer (Coordination): This position requires a highly organized and experienced individual to coordinate various program activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, planning activities, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Strong liaison and coordination skills are essential to ensure that all program objectives are met efficiently.
- Deputy Program Officer (HR): We are looking for an HR professional to assist in the management of human resources policies and procedures. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing staff development programs, and providing day-to-day support in HR administration. Experience working on Local Government and Donor-Funded Projects is a significant advantage.
