Introduction
Pakistan Microfinance Investment Company Limited (PMIC), a registered Investment Finance Company under the NBFCs regulations with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and reputable firms for the role of Independent Verification Agent (IVA) under the PRIME Program.
PMIC is a joint initiative by the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) through Karandaaz Pakistan, and the German Development Bank (KfW). The organization plays a vital role in enhancing the growth of Pakistan’s microfinance sector by offering comprehensive financial services to microfinance institutions and banks. The ultimate goal is to promote financial inclusion and alleviate poverty across the country.
Job Role: Independent Verification Agent (IVA)
The selected firm will be responsible for conducting independent verifications under the PRIME Program to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability. PMIC seeks highly professional firms with a proven track record in auditing, monitoring, and evaluation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Firms must be reputable, experienced, and legally registered entities.
- Must have proven expertise in conducting third-party verifications or similar evaluations.
- Should meet the technical requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToRs).
- Proposals must follow all instructions and include complete documentation as outlined in the RFP.
