About the Opportunity:

The Malik Firoz Khan Noon Business School (MFKNBS) at the University of Sargodha is seeking highly qualified and motivated research personnel to join their team for an HEC-approved NRPU project titled, “A Stitch in Time: Addressing the Gaps and Drivers in Eco-Innovation Adoption for Sustainable Business Growth of Pakistan’s Manufacturing Sector.” This project is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring researchers and scholars to contribute to a significant academic endeavor and gain valuable experience in a professional research environment. The project is supervised by the Principal Investigator, Dr. Sadia Shaukat.

Available Positions:

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Research Assistant (PhD Scholar) – 2 Positions:
- Eligibility: Must be a PhD scholar currently enrolled at the University of Sargodha in Management Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences.
- Requirements: Strong research skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods. Proficiency in SPSS/SmartPLS. Strong academic writing and referencing skills.
- Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 per month.
Research Assistant (MS/MPhil Scholar) – 2 Positions:
- Eligibility: Must be an MS/MPhil scholar currently enrolled at the University of Sargodha in Management, Economics, or Social Sciences.
- Requirements: Basic knowledge of research methods. Good writing and data entry skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
- Remuneration: Rs. 20,000 per month.
Research Associate – 2 Positions:
- Eligibility: Master’s degree or above in Management/Economics/Social Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.
- Requirements: Strong report writing and data handling skills. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in research projects.
- Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting in various stages of the research project, including:

Conducting literature reviews and data collection.
Analyzing data using statistical software.
Drafting research reports, papers, and presentations.
Assisting the Principal Investigator in project management and administrative tasks.
Contributing to the overall success of the research project.
