The University of Sargodha is seeking applications from qualified and motivated candidates for several research positions under the HEC-approved NRPU project titled “Industry 5.0 Use and Innovation for Sustainable Business Growth in the Manufacturing Sector of Pakistan.” These positions are ideal for research-oriented individuals currently pursuing or having completed their higher studies in Management Sciences, Economics, or related disciplines.

Available Positions:

1. Research Assistant (PhD Scholar)

  • Vacancies: 1
  • Stipend: Rs. 80,000 per month
  • Eligibility: Must be enrolled in a PhD program at the University of Sargodha in Management Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences.
  • Skills Required: Strong grip on qualitative and quantitative research methods, proficiency in SPSS/SmartPLS, excellent academic writing and referencing.

2. Research Assistant (MS/MPhil Scholar)

  • Vacancies: 1
  • Stipend: Rs. 20,000 per month
  • Eligibility: Must be enrolled in MS/MPhil at the University of Sargodha in the relevant fields.
  • Skills Required: Basic knowledge of research methods, data handling, and proficiency in MS Office.

3. Research Associate

  • Vacancies: 2
  • Stipend: Rs. 50,000 per month
  • Eligibility: Must hold a Master’s degree or above in Management/Economics/Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.
  • Skills Required: Strong report writing and data analysis skills. Prior experience in research projects will be preferred.
