Available Positions

We are looking for motivated and skilled candidates to fill the following roles:

Commercial BBQ (BIM Modeler/Coordinator): This role requires a professional with a strong background in BIM modeling and coordination, specifically for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at using various BIM software to create and manage detailed models, ensuring all project specifications are met.
Commercial BBQ (BIM 4D/5D, working on Synchro): This position is for an expert in advanced BIM applications, specifically 4D (time) and 5D (cost) modeling. The candidate must have hands-on experience using Synchro software to integrate project schedules and cost data with BIM models.
Planning (BIM Modeler/Coordinator): This role involves using BIM to support project planning and scheduling. The successful candidate will work closely with the planning team to create and maintain BIM models that facilitate efficient project timelines and resource allocation.
MEP (BIM Modeler/Coordinator): We are seeking a specialist in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM modeling. This individual will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed MEP models, ensuring they are clash-free and aligned with architectural and structural designs.
ELV (BIM Modeler/Coordinator): This position is for a professional with expertise in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The candidate will model and coordinate various ELV components, including security, data, and communication systems, within the larger BIM environment.
QA/QC (BIM Modeler/Coordinator): This role focuses on quality assurance and quality control within the BIM workflow. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing BIM models to ensure they comply with project standards, specifications, and quality requirements.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Candidates must possess relevant experience in their respective fields.
Education: A diploma, experience letter, and educational certificate are required. All documents must be submitted in a single PDF format.
Duty Hours: 8 hours per day.
Contract Duration: 2 years.

Salary and Benefits

Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from 4000 to 6000 SR depending on the specific role. Detailed salary information for each position is as follows:

Commercial BBQ (Bim Modeler/Coordinator): 4500-5000 SR
Commercial BBQ (Bim 4D/5D, working on Synchro): 4500-5000 SR
Planning (Bim Modeler/Coordinator): 5000-6000 SR
MEP (Bim Modeler/Coordinator): 4000-5000 SR
ELV (Bim Modeler/Coordinator): 4000-5000 SR
QA/QC (Bim Modeler/Coordinator): 4500-5000 SR
