The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) is currently seeking applications from qualified and experienced education professionals for the position of Principal (Female) at the OPF Boys College, H-8/4, Islamabad. Position Details

  • Position Title: Principal (Female)
  • Monthly Salary: Rs. 150,000/- (All Inclusive)
  • Nature of Employment: 2-Year Contract (extendable based on performance)
  • Number of Posts: 1

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • At least a 2nd Class Master’s Degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution (higher qualifications preferred).
  • Candidates with B.Ed., M.Ed., Diploma/Degree in Educational Management, or Teacher Training will be preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in academic institutions, with at least 05 years in a leadership role (e.g., Principal/Vice Principal) at a reputed English-medium school or college.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good command of public relations and interpersonal management.
  • Ability to maintain an effective and disciplined learning environment.
  • Strong understanding of academic planning, administration, and student affairs.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
  • Maximum age limit: 55 years (including admissible age relaxations).
