Key Responsibilities
- Lead academic and co‑curricular planning across College, Secondary and Primary sections.
- Supervise faculty development, timetable management, and student performance analytics.
- Liaise with PAF Directorate and external regulators on quality‑assurance audits.
- Champion a safe, inclusive campus through strong communication with parents and staff.
Minimum Qualifications

| Education | MA/MSc/MS plus M.Ed (any Social‑Sciences discipline). |
| Experience | 15 years cumulative teaching and administrative service at College/Secondary/Primary level. |
| Age | ≤ 50 years on the closing date. |
| Health | Medically fit. |
Eligibility Filters
Applicants will not be considered if they were:
- Dismissed prematurely from any public or private institution.
- Removed from a Fazaia set‑up on disciplinary grounds.
- Convicted of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or other criminal offences (NOC from last employer mandatory).
